How to place an order
Placing an order on FreshCreations.co.uk couldn't be simpler. Simply follow these few steps and you'll have purchased that unique handmade gift, perfect for loved ones or as a treat for yourself.
- Visit the artist or product that appeals to you most by browsing through our category pages.
- Click the "Add to Basket" button located on the right hand side of the product details.
- You will see the PayPal shopping cart interface, either click "Continue Shopping" to add more products to your basket or click "Proceed to Checkout".
- You will then be taken through a selection of simple and secure PayPal pages where you can enter the delivery address and payment details. View our simple [ PayPal Guide.pdf ] (opens in a new window) if you would like a walk-through of the process first.
- Please wait to be returned back to our Order Confirmation page once your payment has been made. You will also receive an email with your order confirmation and receipt number.
- Sit back and relax for your new unique, handmade in England purchase to arrive.
Please note that your credit/debit card account will be debited with the cost of your purchase at point of purchase and not when your order is despatched.
Delivery and Packaging
Delivery and packaging are both determined by the artist. The artists' product pages outline the cost of delivery separate to the product price but both costs are applied when added to your basket.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from FreshCreations.co.uk please contact us within 14-days of receiving the delivery to arrange their return.
We will need to issue you with a returns number and address before you send the products back to us.
Please use our [ Contact Us ] page and select Returns to notify us of your wish to return your purchase.
When sending the product back please include a note with your name, returns number, contact details, order number and details of the reason for exchange. This will help ensure a quicker response when we receive the goods and we will then organise a replacement or refund.
You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The products should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods.
The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received.

We understand that from time to time you would like to speak to someone with regards your order, a product, an artist, an event or anything else but unfortunately we are unable to provide a telephone contact during working hours due to other work commitments at this moment in time.
However, we do check emails daily and try to respond to as many as we can within 48 (forty-eight) hours. If you do leave your telephone number and are happy for us to contact you during the hours listed on our [ Contact Us ] page then we will be happy to call you back to discuss any issues.
