All of the products shown on FreshCreations.co.uk are despatched by the artist, we suggest you allow 7-10 (seven to 10) days for delivery, although items are usually despatched sooner. Some items are also made to order and may take longer, please check each individual product for more information.

Sometimes, instances out of our control do occur which delays the delivery of your order and therefore customers should allow up to 30 (thirty) days for UK delivery (international delivery, if available, may take longer), in these circumstances we will endeavour to keep you informed and as up-to-date as possible.

It is our intention and commitment to our customers that you receive your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will therefore work closely with the artists to provide you with sufficient information on the artists profile page and each of their product pages regarding the cost and courier/mailing service that they use.

Each item it packaged individually to ensure maximum protection is given to the product when in transit.

As FreshCreations.co.uk grows we will look towards offering standard delivery options that can be offered by all of our artists. Any notifications will be shown on our homepage, emailed to our subscribed Newsletter recipients and updates will also be added to this page.
