Where are the artist's based?

The majority of our artist's are all based around the Staffordshire area of England. However, as we grow we will include artists from around England. The artist's location is stated within their profile page for each artist that wishes to provide the information.

What happens if I order an item that has already been sold?

Hopefully, this shouldn't happen in the first place. We will be in regular contact with the artists to check whether or not their art has been sold or if they have any new items that they wish to sell, the product pages will be updated accordingly. If this unfortunate situation does happen we will be quick to let you know. We will also let you know of any similar products that may be of interest.

However, if you would like to [ Contact Us ] and select Product Enquiries, we will be happy to let you know if the item is still available. Please note down the artist's name and either the product name or code.

I'm an artist, how do I join FreshCreations.co.uk?

At the moment we select a few talented artists within different areas of expertise, we are mainly concentrating on the Staffordshire area but will grow to incorporate more and more counties/areas.

Where is my order?

Please allow 7-10 (seven to ten) working days for your order to arrive, if you have not received it within this time please use our [ Contact Us ] page and select Order Enquiries to inform us. We will then track your order and then email or telephone you with an update to its status.

When is my credit/debit card charged?

Your credit/debit card will be charged at the point of purchase via the safe, secure and simple PayPal shopping basket.

What is your refund and returns policy?

Whilst we hope you enjoy the product you purchase we do realise that in the very unlikely event which you wish to return the product and receive a refund we will arrange for the full refund of the product price (excl. delivery) to you via PayPal within 30 (thirty) days. We run a gallery, can we advertise on FreshCreations.co.uk?

At this moment in time, we do not have any adverts for external companies or galleries on FreshCreations.co.uk. However, this is something we would like to offer as a "Recommended Visit" page. Please use the [ Contact Us ] page and select Advertise to find out more about our minimal advertising rates as well as reciprocal advertising opportunities.

Can we tell you about an event?

Yes, of course, we would like to inform customers of events all over England where they can go and get involved. Please use the [ Contact Us ] page and select Events to tell us all about it. The more information the better really but if any changes occur you must inform us immediately, we don't want to give our customers the wrong information. If you fail to keep us up to date we will refuse to highlight future events of its kind.
