All of the products shown on FreshCreations.co.uk are packaged by the artist.

Due to the nature of some of the products on FreshCreations.co.uk we work with the artists to ensure sufficient packaging is used to enable safe delivery of your purchase. The artists take every precaution possible when packaging your purchase, after all it is the artist that has put their time, passion and craftsmanship into every piece.

The last thing that any of us want is a damaged item being delivered, it upsets you and us, so we will do whatever we can to help prevent damages from occurring.
